We are seeking an experienced Inside Business Development Representative with a successful track record of closing technology sales with Fortune 5000 accounts. This quota carrying position is responsible for identifying, developing and closing new business opportunities in the United States and Canada.

Specific responsibilities include:

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience selling solutions based software solutions
  • Ensuring CRM system data is kept up to date
  • Demonstrated knowledge of solution selling at an enterprise level
  • Proven ability to develop new business with new and existing customers
  • Ability to conduct online presentations and product demonstrations
  • Technical aptitude with an ability to adapt to constantly changing products in a perpetually changing industry
  • Ability to self-manage in a rapidly growing and changing company
  • Experience with outbound calling (60-80 per day) preferred

What You’ll Be Doing:

 

Customer Success Representative (CSR’s) assists our current and sometimes prospective customers to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The CSR is the first point of contact for many clients, and as such should have professional phone etiquette and speaking voice. The CSR’s primary are assisting customers via phone and email — answering customer questions, and escalating calls to appropriate departments.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Handling customer related questions and inquiries via phone calls, database tickets, and email
  • Working through ‘scriptable’ tasks, including: assistance with setup, billing & payments
  • Processing customer related update forms as necessary
  • Customer-oriented auditing projects, as required
  • Receive customer payments via payment portal
  • Create, update and maintain CSR procedure manual

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Experience in customer service and answering multi-line phones required
  • Knowledge of, and experience with, Microsoft Office; including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

PHP Software Developer

Job Summary:

Software Developer will work collaboratively with the development team and other departments designing and developing new products and maintaining and/or updating existing products. Projects will include both team related and self-contained projects.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Analyzes the performance of hardware and software interfaces and identifies alternatives for optimizing the usage of computer resources.
  • Applies generally accepted programming standards and techniques to assure efficient program logic and data manipulation.
  • Participates in designing, coding, testing, debugging, configuring, and documenting operating systems and software.
  • Provides assistance and routine consultation to users in the development of operating systems and software.
  • Implements tools and facilitates text formatting and file conversion and transfer.
  • Acts as liaison with manufacturers and vendors of software and application products, especially with regard to problem diagnosis and resolution.
