Senior Account Executive
Erado is the leading provider of message security solutions to
small and medium-sized businesses. Erado's managed application
services provide the basis of critical message network
protection and archiving for businesses worldwide. We are
looking for experienced Account Executives with successful track
records of closing software and technology sales with the
fortune 500 accounts. This quota carrying position is
responsible for identifying, developing and closing new business
opportunities for Erado across designated geographic territories
and targeted markets. The Account Executive's success will be
measured on the revenue and bookings produced within the
assigned territory.
Specific responsibilities include:
* Managing all aspects of the sales cycle through initial
contact to product evaluation and contract negotiations.
* Researching and contacting prospects using lead generation
tools
* As a direct team member gaining access to multiple key
decision-makers and influencers to build consensus
* Presenting compelling solutions and leveraging web technology
to conduct online demos and in-person sales presentations
* Exploring new and creative ways to capitalize on marketing
efforts
* Acting independently and as a team player in the over-all
successful execution of Erado's sales strategy
Required Skills:
* 3+ years of outbound sales experience with a successful track
record of identifying, developing and closing new business with
Fortune 500 accounts
* Experience selling messaging security and compliance solutions
or other enterprise based software solutions to large accounts
* Demonstrated knowledge of solution selling at the enterprise
level via the telephone and in person
* Ability to conduct online and in-person presentations and
demonstrations
* Technically savvy with an ability and a willingness to
understand and adapt to constantly changing products in a
perpetually changing industry
* Self motivated, driven to succeed demonstrating strong
initiative and tenacity
* Excellent organization skills, including excellent verbal and
written communications
* Bachelors degree preferred

Job Description
The inside sales position is instrumental in fueling the growth
of Erado’s dynamic Small Business Division and driving a key
component of the company revenue. This is a hunter role in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment and is a great opportunity for
someone wanting to excel in a sales career. The compensation
plan for this position includes a base salary plus commission
incentives. As our company continues to grow, there is
opportunity for future growth. Our ideal candidate will have at
least 2 years of inside sales experience in a commissioned
position. The Inside Sales Representative will maintain an
organized and high-activity based schedule and will aim to
exceed both their individual and team-driven goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Initiate 80-90 outbound calls per day to generate, qualify
and close high quality small business customers within the
United States
* Sell a suite of products developed specifically for small
businesses
* Handle and close incoming calls from referral and affinity
partners
* In conjunction with Erado’s marketing team – analyze,
identify, and plan strategies to pursue significant market
opportunities
* Working hours for this position will correspond to the
standard business hours of the assigned territory
Desired Qualifications and Experience
* Excellent phone skills with a minimum of 2 years inside
B2B sales experience
* Must be able to communicate Erado's value proposition clearly
and walk a cold and warm prospect to a closed customer
* Self motivated but works and competes well in a team
environment
* Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint), using the internet and CRM application
* Technology experience preferred
* Bachelor's degree preferred

Inside TeleSales Representative (Entry Level)

What We’re Looking For:
Entry Level Inside TeleSales Representative — You will achieve
sales targets by prospecting, identifying and closing sales
opportunities for our Email Archiving and Compliance solutions.
You will target small to midsized organizations. You will
leverage your communication skills, persuasiveness, and work
ethic to demonstrate our solution, secure trials, and closes
sales.
Job Specifics

• You will user your talents to prospect, qualify profile,
propose, demonstrate, and close sales.
• You will be assigned to large multi state geography.
• You will not be calling on existing Erado customers but
prospecting for new business with this new product offering.
• You will improve your effectiveness by leverage our CRM tool
to report sales activities and manage your activities, pipeline
and forecasting.
• You will provide valuable market insight into customer
requirements and effectiveness of marketing and sales
strategies.
• Training will be provided.
